We had the pleasure of our Association dojo from Eastern Suburbs join us at training this morning. Guest instructor Daniel Falero, with his nearly 30 years experience in Aikido, took the class through some important points of the technique "ikkyo" (lit. the first teaching). A great time was had by all.
