Last weekend the Takemusu Aikido Association held a seminar with visiting Japanese instructor Hideo Hirosawa (Aikikai 7th dan black belt).

At 74 years of age, Hirosawa sensei had been training for over 50 years. Over the weekend he showed a few 'tricks of the trade' and freely demonstrated with all the seminar attendees.
